No feedback on downloads

    When a download request in send there is no download feedback. Yet there is "download feedback" when an install is requested.

    This issue also affects the versions before our modifications.

      When I test sending a download request to ocs-manager from a websocket client it does send the download feedback. Also when debugging the opendesktop-app I found that this request is never send. So this is not an error in ocs-manager but in the opendesktop-app.

      To reproduce the test case you can start the ocs-manage manually and using websocat send (paste in the cli) the following json formated request to download 'appimage-cli-tool'.
