Wikipedia. What could possibly go wrong?

Filetype changed to .plasmoid because that's what the file loader is
looking for.
Take the version number directly from the metadata.

Request paint if either of the properties change.
Also paint the shadow the opposite way around when southern hemisphere
is set.

Reduces the number of images required to just one, and calculate/draw
the phase. Updates the shadow hourly, so it shows the appearance as it
is now. The days before/to reports are as before.

Replaced each top-level Rectangle component with an Item, which allows
the theming to work as expected.

otherwise the tooltip subtext defaults to application. The quarters
status does not include a subtext.

CMakeLists.txt had the wrong plasmoid name.

Use the plasmoid tooltip properties instead of creating a whole
new tooltip.

Update version to 2.0.1, and add script to build the zip.
