Allow dispaying QML messages by TexamExecutor 

- add mechanism 'afterMessage' to handle exam continuation
- so StartExam and LevelsPage only initialize executor
- ExamExecutor.qml handles deleting when discarded
- init() returns nothing now, so also clean the code
