Bug fixes:

- [Tlevel] determine has level got rhythms better way
- [executor, PitchView] hide pitch view when not necessary during exam, avoid its key shortcut then
- [TtipHandler] default tip position if not determined
- [Score] properly update note cursor accidental when changed manually
- [NoteCursor] display it correctly in single note mode
- [Staff] in single note, scale score when not width enough (i.e.: 4:3 screens)
