Implemented adding staves when no space for next notes.

TscoeObject takes care about Staff positions and score content item height.
Staff collects measures now instead of single notes and there is no need to numbering notes for staff separately so far.
KeySignature.qml emits signal when key is changing to properly set key in other staves
