# Warcraft 3 Cursors
A collection of cursors from Warcraft 3 adapted for Linux
Originally inspired by [KuduK's Warcraft 3 cursor theme](https://www.pling.com/p/999610), this theme aims to fix some issues and add cursors which the original author has overlooked. Several icons which were previously set to the default cursor were changed, and some of the other ones were tweaked for consistency (i.e. I don't see why the default undead hand should turn into an orc hand when hovering over a link).
I have absolutely no prior experience creating cursors, so for this reason I used the more complete [Win10OS-cursors by yeyushengfan258](https://www.pling.com/p/1383064) as a base and replaced the cursors in there with Warcraft cursors. I did not change some of the more unobtrusive graphics either, so part of the credit goes to yeyushengfan258 as well.
I am **not** the author of any of these cursor graphics, and all the rights for the respective works belong to their respective creators and owners. I only touched up the graphics in GIMP, and converted them to an appropriate format for use on an XFCE desktop.
Specifically, the no-drop, left-arrow, size_bdiag, size_fdiag, vertical-text, row_resize, up-arrow, text, wayland-cursor, x-cursor, alias, col-resize, dnd-no-drop, dnd-move, draft, pencil, cell, crosshair, all-scroll, and openhand are all borrowed from Win10OS-Cursors. The rest are all from either Warcraft 3, or World of Warcraft.
