Static linking all dependent libraries into each ruby version (from
1.8 to 2.2) would blow up the gem to >20MB.

They are ignored for wrapper method generation, but prevent
procedural wrapper generation per %extend .

This fixes method overloading in Ruby space.

This is used in kwargs.rb and requires including Fox into global namespace elsewise.

This way it also works for derived classes like FXJPGImage.

Allow retrival of parts of the pixel data.

Add test cases for non Integer assignment to FXuchar, FXshort and FXint.

It's typically possible to assign Float values to methods expecting
Integers and we also shouldn't break compatibility.

Load icons independant from pwd.

We don't need defaultctor generation, but for FXChore and FXTimer we explicit can not use defaultctor generation, because these types are only usable as a pointer.

and eventually defined as public. Removing the protected declaration solves this.

Add an example for overloading onCmdPasteSel to allow different behaviour on text pasted from the clipboard.
